The Seven-Day Merit-Making Ceremony (Sattama-Vara)

On October 30, 2025, Wat Sutthawas held the Seven-Day Merit-Making Ceremony (Sattama-Vara) to dedicate the merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother. The ceremony took place at the multipurpose hall (Sala Karn Parien) of Wat Sutthawas. Presiding over the ceremony was Phra Maha Thawon Thanawaro, the Abbot of Wat Sutthawas and the Ecclesiastical District Officer (Chao Khana Amphoe) of Bang Lamung. Disciples, followers, and Buddhist devotees gathered to listen to the chanting with a profound awareness of Her Majesty's boundless royal benevolence.
